About Park Life Dyluniad Mewnol Swyddfa Werthu
Mae Park Life yn swyddfa werthu yn Tsieina gydag arwynebedd mewnol cyfan o 860 metr sgwâr. Mae'r dyluniad yn cyfuno swyddogaethau gwerthu ag arddangosfa ddiwylliannol ac ardaloedd hamdden cyhoeddus. Mae neuadd dderbyn ddwbl ei huchder yn arwain at barthau trafod, fforwm risiog, lolfa ddarllen, caffi oriel gelf, a pharth gweithgareddau plant. Mae slabiau carreg sintredig yn cymryd lle carreg naturiol i leihau'r effaith amgylcheddol, ac maent wedi'u haenu â dur gorffeniad efydd, onycs tryloyw, gwydr grisial, a phaneli pren cynnes. Mae parwydydd modiwlaidd yn caniatáu troi'r lle yn ddiweddarach yn ganolfan ddiwylliannol gymunedol.

- Unique Properties
- This design transcends the conventional sales center model by fusing cultural exhibition and future lifestyle scenarios. Through a spatial narrative of "cultural heritage and future living room," it integrates public functions, sustainable planning, and material innovation, creating an immersive experience that resonates emotionally and culturally with visitors.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- Total interior area: 860 square meters. The space includes a double height reception hall, multi functional negotiation zones, a stepped forum, reading lounge, art gallery cafe, and children's activity zone. The structural grid and modular partitions allow post sales functional conversion for community cultural use, ensuring long term sustainability and adaptability.

- Production Technology
- The project combines precise construction detailing with a refined material palette. Sintered stone slabs replace natural stone to reduce environmental impact, while bronze-finish steel, perforated stainless steel, translucent onyx, crystal glass, and warm wood panels are layered through contemporary craftsmanship to create rich visual and tactile contrasts.
- Design Challenge
- The main challenge was reconciling the project's dual roles as a commercial sales center and a lasting public space. Balancing cultural symbolism with functional adaptability required extensive study of Chengdu's heritage, user needs, and sustainable materials. Overcoming these constraints resulted in a design that bridges tradition and modernity.
- Research
- This qualitative design research explored how cultural heritage can shape future oriented urban spaces. Methods included site analysis, historical literature study, and user behavior observation. Data from local residents and cultural experts informed spatial planning. Results showed that embedding cultural cues strengthens emotional connection, enhancing both brand identity and social engagement.
- Inspiration
- The design draws inspiration from Chengdu's millennia old cultural legacy and Du Fu's poetic lines on "Jinjiang spring colors" and "Yulei's ever changing clouds." These metaphors symbolize vitality, continuity, and transformation, inspiring the space to become a cultural prologue connecting the past, embracing the present, and envisioning the future of urban life.
- Project Duration
- The project started in November 2023 and finished in June 2024 in China.
- Operation Flow
- Visitors move from a ceremonial reception hall into layered zones of negotiation, exhibition, and leisure. Transparent boundaries visually connect indoor spaces with park scenery outside, enhancing immersion. The flexible plan encourages spontaneous cultural interaction, transitioning seamlessly from a sales venue to a public community hub after completion.
