Mae Teml Chosen yn deml Fwdhaidd fechan sydd wedi'i lleoli yn Ninas Asakuchi, Okayama, Japan. Mae'r adeilad wedi'i wneud o goncrit cyfnerthedig, gyda waliau allanol wedi'u gorchuddio â gwenithfaen Japaneaidd a ddewiswyd yn ofalus. Defnyddir gwaith coed traddodiadol Japaneaidd y tu mewn, gan greu tu mewn tawel a chynnes. Saif y deml ar safle o 950 metr sgwâr ac mae ganddi arwynebedd adeiladu o 77 metr sgwâr. Mae'r dyluniad yn gosod y deml mewn cytgord â'r dirwedd o'i chwmpas ac yn cynnig lle tawel i ymwelwyr weddïo a myfyrio wrth fwynhau'r olygfa.
