About House LW27 Preswylfa Breifat

Mae Tŷ LW27 yn breswylfa breifat a adeiladwyd ar safle cymharol fach mewn ardal breswyl. Mae'r cyfaint gwyn yn cyferbynnu ag elfennau carreg naturiol garw. Waliau plastr gwyn, lloriau derw a charreg naturiol ar gyfer lloriau, ystafelloedd ymolchi, simneiau a waliau sy'n ffurfio'r tu mewn. Ar y llawr gwaelod mae cynllun agored yn llifo'n rhydd o'r dwyrain i'r gorllewin ar hyd y pwll. Mae ffenestri llithro o'r llawr i'r nenfwd yn cysylltu'r tu mewn a'r tu allan drwy gydol y flwyddyn. Ar y llawr uchaf mae ystafelloedd gwely gydag ystafelloedd ymolchi en-suite. Mae teras to wedi'i blannu yn dychwelyd yr arwynebedd tir a seliwyd i fyd natur.

Inspiration
In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop.
Project Duration
The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
Operation Flow
The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents.
