About Bailu Prif Swyddogaeth: Dylunio Mewnol Preswyl

Bailu yw dyluniad mewnol preswyl ar gyfer fila breifat yn Chengdu. Roedd yr adeilad gwreiddiol yn fila arddull Americanaidd o 660 metr sgwâr, ac nid oedd ei gynllun yn addas i arferion byw modern y perchnogion. Cafodd y gofod ei ehangu a'i ailtrefnu yn fila fodern syml o 1000 metr sgwâr, tra cadwyd yr allanolyn gwreiddiol. Rhoddwyd arwynebedd mwy cytbwys i bob ystafell, ac ychwanegwyd ystafell biliards ar y llawr isaf. Defnyddiwyd carreg naturiol, pren solet a marmor. Mae arwynebau gwyn a mannau agored yn rhoi cymeriad tawel ac artistig i'r tu mewn.

Unique Properties
Without sticking to the original American villa space, 660 square meters area will be reasonably expanded and transformed into 1000 square meters area, and the modern simple villa after transformation, more in line with the owners'modern living habits. After the transformation, the villa space layout is reasonable, each individual space has its own area, and the function has been expanded. The villa is full of artistic flavor and white space.
Dimensions & Packaging
The original villa is 660 square meters American-style villa, which does not meet the needs of customers for housing. In the case of maintaining the appearance of the original villa, after reasonable expansion and transformation by the designers, the villa has become a 1000 square meters modern simple villa. The area of each space is more moderate. At the same time, the layout of each room tends to be rationalized. The landing of the whole project is required by the owner within 6 months. Through the efforts of the design team and the logistics team, the arduous task has been accomplished.
Research
