About Black and White Narrative Dylunio Mewnol Preswyl
Mae Naratif Du a Gwyn yn ddyluniad mewnol tŷ tri llawr annibynnol yn Taiwan. Mae'r gosodiad yn cynnwys ardal groeso, ystafell flasu te, ystafell fyw, ardal fwyta, cegin, dwy ystafell wely a phedair ystafell ymolchi. Trefnwyd planciau tenau o farmor Sbaenaidd fel bod y graen yn ymestyn yn weledol a bod pob planc yn cael ei ganfod yn wahanol. Mae drysau cerameg Sbaenaidd yn cau'r cyfrolau storio. Mae cynllun agored yn dod â golau dydd ac awyriad naturiol i'r ystafelloedd a rennir. Gosodwyd llenni sy'n cael eu pweru'n drydanol yn y ffenestri mawr.

- Design Challenge
- The major points of challenges faced by the design was to overcome the low ceiling height in concealing air-conditioning equipment, as well as maintaining the maximum ceiling height.
- Research
- As the site for the building was at the edge location, it means ample natural lighting, so the design team has given an open-plan layout so that the public domain of the interiors can have the most lighting and ventilation without artificial interventions. As the interior was planned to serve different functions of social and living needs, a concerted materiality strategy with wide range of colors, textures, and materials was deployed to articulate the minimalist and light modern living.
- Inspiration
- This project was creatively anchored on the elements favored by the client such as white-color scheme and masonry materials to manifest a minimalist and fashionable styling, while complementing the many Chinese-styled tea-tasting set and art collections owned by the client. Also, separately planned public spaces on the first and second levels would cater for different social needs of the male and female client.
- Project Duration
- The project was finished in June, 2019 in New Tainan City, Taiwan.
- Operation Flow
- The window dimension of the existing building was made especially large to accommodate the future usage convenience for the client, with the all the curtains electrically powered, and even the ones behind the sofa can be easily utilized which was impressive for the client.
