About Tina Gorjanc
I believe that designers have the responsibility to make progress and contribute to a variety of fields, such as materials, methods, products, sustainability, systems, ethics, etc. They have the obligation to move the design development in the right direction. However, the decision regarding what the right direction actually is depends purely on the designer him/herself.
The creative work of Tina Gorjanc has been recognized by the internationally acclaimed A' Design Award & Competition in Fashion and Volunteerism. Tina Gorjanc has won 2 A' Design Awards, with the Silver A' Design Award as the highest distinction. The recognition of Tina Gorjanc rests on the blind peer-review votes of an international grand jury panel of established academics, design professionals and press members.
The awards were granted between the 2014 - 2015 and 2016 - 2017 editions of the A' Design Award & Competition, a span that reflects sustained creative excellence.
