About Kinga German
Kinga German is art historian. She used to work closely with her students at the University of Art and Design Moholy-Nagy in Budapest, showing them how the "real work and life" is. She understand art and design as open fields, where overlappings in form and content are normal. Art is for her creativity on a high level and it is a dialogue with the society. Sustainable are projects which involve opportunities to reflect our behaviour and reclaim space for processes of self-determination.
The creative work of Kinga German has been honored by the prestigious A' Design Award in Fine Art. Kinga German was granted the Silver A' Design Award for outstanding design work. The recognition of Kinga German rests on the blind peer-review votes of an international grand jury panel of established academics, design professionals and press members.
The 2015 - 2016 edition of the A' Design Award & Competition brought the recognition to Kinga German. Kinga German holds the World Design Rating title Forthcoming Professional. The success of Kinga German adds to the international design reputation of Hungary.
