Om Bay Arce Restaurantindretning
Bay Arce er en restaurant med fokus på skaldyr og fisk, beliggende i krydstogtterminalbygningen ved Kanazawa Havn. Spiseområdet vender ud mod havet gennem en glasvæg i fuld højde, og udsigten afsløres gradvist, efterhånden som gæsterne bevæger sig ind fra indgangen. Siddepladsvolumenet danner en stor afrundet form, der minder om et skib, opbygget af fine stykker Noto Hiba-træ fra Ishikawa-præfekturet. The entire audience seats have a large rounded shape and look like a large ship.
