About Yoga House Bæredygtigt Hus

Yoga House er et bæredygtigt hus designet som et passivt solopvarmet jordskjul. Bygningen dækker 224 kvadratmeter og er opført af naturlige og upcyclede materialer. Termisk massekonstruktion og naturlig ventilation regulerer indendørstemperaturen. Solpaneler og vindmøller leverer elektricitet, mens regnvand opsamles og lagres til langtidsbrug. En økologisk have gør det muligt at dyrke mad på stedet. Det overvejende ét-etages layout er frit orienteret på terrænet for at bevare alle eksisterende træer og åbne op for gunstige udsigter.

Unique Properties: Earthship structures are intended to be off-the-grid ready homes, with minimal reliance on public utilities and fossil fuels. The building is constructed to use available natural resources, especially energy from the sun and rainwater. They are designed with thermal mass construction and natural gross ventilation to regulate indoor temperature, and the designs are intentionally uncomplicated and mainly single story. Special attention is paid to landscape and visual analysis and the ability to adjust the angle of placement of the building to open the most favorable view prospects.
