About Binhai Second Sub Optikcenter

Binhai Second Sub er et optikcenter i Tianjin. Interiøret dækker 373 kvadratmeter og forener medicinske, kommercielle og kunstneriske elementer. Facaden har en enkel form med dynamiske farveskift. Koncise buer er integreret med den indvendige planløsning for at forme rummet. En tydelig cirkulationsrute udnytter det begrænsede areal fuldt ud. På anden sal findes undersøgelsescentret, hvor et gennemgående designgreb skaber en rolig og åben atmosfære. Materialerne omfatter træ, metalofter, grønne planter, elektrificeret nanometerglas og skræddersyede læderssofaer.

Unique Properties: The whole project uses simple but diversified design methods to explore the space.
The second sub center of Binhai New Area takes professional medical technology and attentive service to customers as the core, and optimizes its functions according to local conditions, fully reflecting the simplicity and comfort. The high integration of medicine, art and commerce not only retains the main design elements of Tianjin eye hospital, but also makes a perfect expression in its own style.

Project Duration: The project started in March 2021 in Tianjin and finished in December 2021 in Tianjin.
Operation Flow: Communicate design elements with the client for many times, constantly revise the design, and finally finalize the existing design.After the design is determined, it also needs to carry out floor transformation, communication with the fire department, product production, on-site decoration, soft outfit selection and so on.
