Om Phoenix Mansion Salgskontor
Phoenix Mansion er et salgskontor beliggende i Yiwu City i Zhejiang-provinsen i Kina. Interiøret dækker 1500 kvadratmeter på fornyelsesområdet ved Fenghuang-bjerget, tæt på Yiwu-floden. Designkonceptet udspringer af Fenghuang-bjergets regionale kultur og følger temaet om at byde føniksen velkommen tilbage til sin rede. Naturlige former styrer den rumlige indretning, møblerne og den bløde udsmykning. Interiøret åbner sig mod de nærliggende parker, grønne korridorer og handelsdistrikter. Målet er at forbinde det indendørs rum med det lokale terræn og samtidig respektere den omgivende økologi.

- As the background of the project, Fenghuangshan's unique terrain and natural environment bring both opportunities and challenges to the design. How to harmoniously integrate the indoor space of a building with the external environment while respecting nature and protecting the ecology is a problem that requires careful consideration.

- From the early stage of project approval, we conducted project research through site research, user research, literature review, questionnaire surveys, interviews, and other methods to collect target customers' living needs, habits, and aesthetic preferences, providing data support for design. And invite experts in the fields of architectural design, landscape planning, interior design, etc. for consultation to ensure the professionalism and feasibility of the design scheme.
- Inspiration
- The concept originated from the regional culture of Fenghuang Mountain in Yiwu, which is the city of Fenghuang. As the core hub of global trade transactions, Yiwu can be said to be a place where thousands of people come to court and hundreds of birds flock to the phoenix.The design concept revolves around the theme of welcoming the phoenix back to its nest, depicting the beautiful scene of hundreds of birds worshiping the phoenix by eliminating the overlap between natural forms and the site.

- From March 2024 to May 2024, on the west side of the intersection of Chouzhou West Road and Danxi Road in Yiwu City.

- Starting from project background research, through the formulation, review, and adjustment of preliminary and deepening design schemes, entering the construction preparation stage including drawing production, material procurement, and construction team preparation, then executing construction tasks and conducting on-site supervision and necessary scheme changes, followed by furniture and soft decoration selection and spatial layout, and finally passing acceptance and delivery for use.
