About Lovin Maris Villas Wohnbebauung

Quark wurde für die Architektur und Innenarchitektur der Lovin Maris Villas ausgewählt. Das Projekt besteht aus 14 Villen im modernen Stil in einem ruhigen Küstenviertel in Istanbul. Das Designkonzept von Quarks für dieses Projekt integriert minimalistische Ästhetik und Komfort mit der geografischen Lage der Villen. Die Positionierung der Villen mit Blick auf das Marmarameer sorgt in Kombination mit großen Fenstern, LED-Voutenbeleuchtung und Spotbeleuchtung für ein augenfreundliches Interieur. Die in den Villen verwendete warme Farbpalette wird durch die Verwendung organischer Materialien und natürlicher Texturen ergänzt.

Unique Properties: Lovin Maris Villas Project consists of modern-style villas located in a quiet, seaside neighborhood in Istanbul. The project has a total building area of 5.346 sqm. The three-story villas provide exclusive indoor and outdoor areas for residents.
Dimensions & Packaging: The project is consist of 14 villas of varying sizes in 3 different types on a land of 5.346 sqm.

Production Technology: The project is currently being built by using both concrete and steel structure methods.
Design Challenge: Keeping the flow from indoor to outdoor as flawless as possible while structuring a strong sense of privacy as well.
Research: Lovin Maris Villas is nestled on Gurpinar district and Buyukcekmece coast of the European side of Istanbul. While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction, and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows to provide the best view of the Sea of Marmara.
Inspiration: Quarks design concept for the project focuses on creating comfortable living spaces with dynamism brought by the creative use of different textures and materials.
Project Duration: The project started in August 2021 in Istanbul, Turkey, and will be finished in 2023. Currently, it is under construction.
Operation Flow: Each unit includes a living room, a dining area, four bedrooms, exclusive master bedrooms equipped with a steam room, and a family room with an open kitchen on the roof floor.
