About Ekho Stuhl

Ekho ist ein Stuhl, der Teil einer aufeinander abgestimmten Möbelserie für den Wohnbereich ist. Der Stuhl besteht aus umweltfreundlichem PU-Leder und hochelastischem 28D-Schaumstoff mit Baumwollanteil. Eine historische Ziernahttechnik, die im Europa des fünfzehnten Jahrhunderts weit verbreitet war, wird mit einer modernen Formensprache kombiniert und verleiht dem Stuhl einen kulturellen Charakter. Gemeinsam genutzte Formwerkzeuge für Sitzfläche, Rückenlehne und Metallrohre steigern die Produktionseffizienz. Die flache Verpackung senkt die Transportkosten. Der Stuhl hat Druck-, Drehmoment- und Falltests erfolgreich bestanden.

Production Technology: Made of environmentally friendly Pu leather.Combined with Retro stitch design technology,giving the product a unique cultural atmosphere.Made of 28D cotton with high resilience and passed various chemical tests.
Design Challenge: The Ekho series has formulated a series of standardization technology, which greatly improves production efficiency. The dining chair module is fully shared, and the back is also shared a mold production. Bar stool soft bag molds and metal tube mold molds have been shared. The entire series uses demolished flat packaging packaging to greatly reduce transportation costs. The products have passed pressure, torque, and box tests. Of course, everything we do is to give consumers a high -quality and cost -effective furniture product.
Research: In the contemporary fast-paced living environment,fast-consuming products flood people's lives.Research has proved that people desire products with cultural flavor and raftsmanship to satisfy their aesthetic needs and demonstrate their sense of quality of life.
Inspiration: Retro stitch design originated in the 15th century and was widely used in europe at that time. In the series of products, the spirit of craftsmanship is inherited through the combination of traditional craftsmanship. The integration of traditional craftsmanship and modern design also gives products unique art and cultural atmosphere.
Project Duration: The project started in Shenzhen in January 2023 and completed in Shenzhen in September 2023
Operation Flow: This series of products can cover a variety of application scenarios and help users realize a unified home style.Among them,the bar table has added storage function in addition to the basic use function,the bar chair has basic model and liftable swivel model,and the bedside stool has basic model and storable model.
