About Gothic Delicacy Macaron

Gothic Delicacy ist ein Macaron, das um ein gotisches Bildthema herum gestaltet wurde. Die Schalen sind schwarz, gefärbt mit Aktivkohle in Lebensmittelqualität, und bestehen aus fein gemahlenem Mandelmehl, Puderzucker und gereiftem Eiweiß. Scharfkantige Mandelsplitter und bronzefarbene Spitzen bilden den Dekor und verleihen dem kleinen Dessert ein dramatisches Erscheinungsbild. Das Konzept wurde zunächst mit einer KI-gestützten Bildplattform entwickelt und anschließend von Hand umgesetzt. Jedes Macaron wird in einer mattschwarzen Schachtel fixiert, die Form und Oberfläche bis zum Öffnen der Schachtel schützt.
