About Yin Mo Star Kui Messerset
Yin Mo Star Kui ist ein vierteiliges chinesisches Messerset für die Küche zu Hause. Jede Klinge besteht aus Verbundstahl mit mehrschichtigem Aufbau. Ein Kern aus kohlenstoffreichem Stahl hält die Schneide scharf, während eine Oberflächenschicht aus kohlenstoffarmem Stahl der Korrosion widersteht. Warmschmieden bei 1040 Grad Celsius und Kaltschmieden bei minus 196 Grad Celsius verbessern Festigkeit und Zähigkeit. Die geschmiedete Oberfläche ist leicht rau, wodurch der Kontakt mit haftenden Lebensmitteln verringert wird. Der Griff verfügt über eine konkave Griffzone und ein ausgewogenes Gewicht für hohen Komfort bei langem Gebrauch. Das Finish in Schwarz und Silber trägt ein klassisches Taotie-Muster.

- Production Technology
- The knife set employs 1040 degrees Celsius hot and minus 196 degrees Celsius cold forging processes to ensure lastingly superior performance. To address that, the blade is crafted from composite steel and utilizes a multilayer structure. The anti corrosion surface layer of low carbon steel is uneasy to rust even under damp conditions, reducing the risk of breakage and edge rolling.

- Traditional Chinese knives often focus excessively on practicality while neglecting aesthetic pleasure and user experience. This product, however, demonstrates a profound understanding of traditional Chinese culture and a deep insight into modern lifestyles, and especially takes into account the needs of Chinese kitchens. - The product prioritizes both of aesthetic pleasure and practicality. Its refined forged texture significantly enhances visual layering while giving a strong 3D visual effect and a sense of dynamism. Meanwhile, the color scheme of black and silver, combined with the classic Taotie pattern as an embellishment, greatly improves visual appeal by marrying antiquity with modernity.
- Project Duration
- This product was developed in Beijing in February, 2024, and will be launched in China in April, 2025.
- Operation Flow
- The ergonomic handle adopts a reasonably concave structure at the grip area and a streamlines shape, as well as scientifically distributed weight, to offer a comfortable grip and relieve hand fatigue during prolonged use.
A slightly rough surface resulted from forging processes effectively reduces the contact area between the food and the blade, making the knives especially suitable for handling sticky food. This improves cutting efficiency, contributing to smoother and more efficient operations.
