About Wink Lashes Packaging

Wink Lashes is a packaging design series for professional artificial eyelash extension products. The range covers gel and cream removers, primer, glue accelerator, glues, a magnet box and lash boxes. A stylized eye is the main graphic symbol, and it shows the purpose of the products directly. Each product also carries its own symbol, so the items are easy to tell apart. Dark graphite, dark coral and white form the color palette. The packages are made of cardboard and plastic with foil stamping.

About Olga Takhtarova

My career in Design started in 2006. I worked as an Interior Designer and Graphic Designer in creative and design companies. Today I continue my way in my own studio. My own design studio SOT B&D was opened in 2015. The studio majors are visual identification, packaging, web design, illustration. More than 400 projects for local and foreign clients from Ukraine, Germany, Belgium, Canada, Poland, UAE, Russia, USA were implemented by SOT B&D within 6 years. My favorite part of the project is creating the design itself when all the information is collected, briefs are read, meetings are held, details are clarified.

Inspiration: The main idea behind the packaging design comes from a wish - to add a little magic. The designer has developed a simple, straightforward, and attractive design that tells the purpose and benefits of the product.
Research: Some graphic elements can be used on various types of branded surfaces and images, information, and advertising media. This allows the entire visual strategy of the brand to be consolidated and ensure its ubiquitous presence. The designer used dark graphite, dark coral, and white as the primary corporate colors that favorably emphasized and showcases the graphic elements, added elegance, and stressed the product's premium value.
