Hardware Device Management 2 is server management software for small and medium-sized enterprises. The software supports full-lifecycle monitoring of device deployment, operation, maintenance, energy conservation, diagnosis and retirement. An AI algorithm calculates warning thresholds from monitored data such as lifetime, health and capacity to predict device status. Temperature Ocean technology maps temperature data and device positions with colors, so faults are located quickly. Compared with the well-developed O&M mechanism of large enterprises, SMEs encounter great difficulties in O&M due to limited personnel and costs.
