About Treatise on Painting Book
Treatise on Painting is a book that presents graphic works by the Russian artist Anatoly Zverev. The publication draws on the collection of the AZ Museum and a private archive. The design is based on the idea of a two-part book under one cover. One part reproduces the treatise, while the other is conceived as an art object. An author's font recalls the original source, and the artist's graphics guided the typographic choices. Minimalistic infographic elements give the layout a modern character. The book is dedicated to a collector who gathered and promoted the artist's work.
