More About Golden Fortress Common Area

Golden Fortress is the common area interior of a residential building in Taiwan. The design area covers 600 square meters within a base of 2,600 square meters, serving 15 floors and 100 residential units. The elevator lobby is placed at the center of the layout, and a garden is located at the rear. Large windows admit natural light and open views toward the garden. Natural wood veneer gives the surfaces a warm texture. Furniture arrangement defines the family room, the fitness center and the lounge without fixed partitions, so the plan stays open and suits all age groups.

About Ho Hsin Li

Founded in 2023, the brand’s founder grew up closely tied to the construction and real estate brokerage industries. Having spent their childhood moving between construction sites and sales offices, their understanding of space extends beyond blueprints to include how floor plans are interpreted by the market, how they influence sales, and how designs are implemented during construction. HOYUN interior design LTD. identified a gap between design and actual outcomes in the market. Many designs remain confined to blueprints and stylistic expressions, lacking a comprehensive understanding of construction constraints, usage scenarios, and long-term living needs.

Occupants benefit from views overlooking the rear garden, contributing to a tranquil and soothing atmosphere. The open plan design optimizes spatial efficiency and adaptability.
Research
The public spaces offer a variety of functions to meet diverse needs. The family room can be used by those working from home as well as school-age children. The fitness center is available year-round for all age groups. The lounge provides a comfortable environment.
