Shenzhen OCT Hengchuan MW Space is a wine club interior created inside a former office building in Shenzhen. The project covers 760 square metres and holds a wine tasting teaching area, a social kitchen, a wine cellar, a restaurant, a whisky bar, a warehouse and office areas. The functional areas are arranged horizontally around a central public space, so circulation stays smooth and each area remains independent. Cement, marble and raw wood give the rooms a calm and low key tone. The interior is intended as a quiet place for rest and conversation.

- The whole space is given a low-key tone from the inside out. The advantage of its geographical location brings the day and night light and shadow changes into the interior, while SSID Design finds a secluded and elegant corner after experiencing the city's flashiness and disturbance, savoring the nature and life as the original intention of the design, and strives to help the owners to create a yearning space that can be read but not be obtained in the hearts of new urban nobles.
- Inspiration
- In this 760 square meters space, all the designs are trying to convey a state of mind between each other, that is, from the heart to the heart, the environment to the heart. Therefore, the simple and simple things that are naturally related to each other have become the background color of integration inside and outside space, and people and wine have become the most easy to dance.
- Research
- For Shenzhen, a young Chinese international metropolis, the existence of the wine bar is not only the design and collection of Oriental meaning and Western craft and a lot of inspiration space, but also for the younger generation of "third space" to open up another good place. But the Hengchuan MW space is not only this.
- Challenge
- The Hengchuan MW space hidden in the garden of Shenzhen OCT Creative Park is transformed from an old office building. The owner does not want it to be as loud and noisy as other wine bars or business clubs. Instead, he hopes that this is a place of quiet life and indifferent friendship.
- Realization and Technology
- "Pu" has the meaning of great art conceals itself, which means touch, common, familiar, and full of discernment. White is both the appearance of emptiness and the mirror of things. For this reason, natural rough natural materials such as cement, marble and raw wood appear in turn.
- Operation and Interaction
- Entering the entrance, the design vocabulary of the entire space is introduced with criss-cross, dense and orderly lines. The vertical and concave exhibition areas of different sizes carefully outline the beauty of the curved border, giving the relaxation of entering the "third space".
