What is the main principle, idea and inspiration behind your design?

The inspiration comes from the cloud in the city where the restaurant is located. Chongqing is a low-cloud and rainy city where cloud and fog weather take up most of the time. I tried to express the characteristics of this city in a more modern way.

What has been your main focus in designing this work? Especially what did you want to achieve?

The main focus of the design is the embodiment of the cloud. I want to use light and substance to see the shape of the cloud, not just the media image.

What are your future plans for this award winning design?

We try to build such restaurants in diffrent cities in China and all over the world, to achieve the local cultural temperament, in our unique way of using sound and light.

I designed it independently.

By a frend's recommendation.

What did you learn or how did you improve yourself during the designing of this work?
