About 360° Clean Σκούπα Καθαρισμού Πολλαπλών Γωνιών

Η 360 Clean είναι μια σκούπα πολλαπλών γωνιών σχεδιασμένη για οικιακό καθαρισμό. Μια συνηθισμένη σκούπα έχει περιορισμένη γωνία εργασίας, γι' αυτό η 360 Clean φέρει τρίχες διατεταγμένες γύρω από την κεφαλή προς όλες τις κατευθύνσεις. Η σκληρότητα των τριχών ελέγχεται ανάλογα με το μήκος τους, ώστε η σκούπα να ταιριάζει σε ευρύτερο φάσμα καταστάσεων καθαρισμού. Η φόρμα αντλεί έμπνευση από παραδοσιακά κινεζικά εργαλεία καθαρισμού. Η σκούπα κατασκευάζεται από PET, ABS και κράμα αλουμινίου, με χρήση χυτηλασίας έγχυσης και διέλασης. Οι διαστάσεις της σκούπας είναι 300 επί 80 επί 950 χιλιοστά και χρησιμοποιείται με τον ίδιο τρόπο όπως μια συνηθισμένη σκούπα.

Unique Properties: This is an easy-to-use multi angle broom. The commonly used broom has a limited use angle. 360°broom is improved by configuring bristles at multiple angles. The product is equipped with bristles at 360° and the hardness of the bristles is controlled according to the length of the bristles to meet the needs of more scenes.

Production Technology: Production technology:Injection molding and extrusion molding. Materials:PET、ABS and aluminium alloy.
Design Challenge: The most difficult thing in this design is to combine product form and function.
Research: First, we brainstorm our design goals. Then through the query of relevant information and user interviews to understand user needs. Then sketch and model, and make a simple functional prototype.
Inspiration: In the past, Chinese people would collect chicken feathers to make cleaning tools. With the development of modern life, old tools are gradually unable to meet the new use scenarios and are eliminated. I got inspiration from traditional Chinese cleaning tools and designed a new broom.
Project Duration: The project started in January 2020 in Hefei and finished in March 2020 in Anqing.
Operation Flow: The way of using this product is very simple. Users only need to use it like a common broom. Because it adds brushes in all directions, it is easier to clean many scenes.
