About Vanke Yantai Chang An Κέντρο Πωλήσεων Ακινήτων
Το Vanke Yantai Chang An είναι ένα κέντρο πωλήσεων ακινήτων που βρίσκεται στην πόλη Yantai, στην περιοχή Laishan. Ο εσωτερικός χώρος καλύπτει 2368 τετραγωνικά μέτρα και περιλαμβάνει ένα ευρύχωρο λόμπι με ψηλό ταβάνι. Η θεματική του σχεδιασμού αντλεί έμπνευση από τον εκλεπτυσμένο τρόπο ζωής που περιγράφεται στο μυθιστόρημα «Αναζητώντας τον χαμένο χρόνο» και στην ταινία «Ο Υπέροχος Γκάτσμπι». Οι μαύροι και λευκοί τόνοι συνδυάζονται με έναν σύγχρονο πολυέλαιο, προσδίδοντας στον χώρο έναν κομψό χαρακτήρα. Οι εικαστικές εγκαταστάσεις, όπως ένα γλυπτό φωτογραφικής μηχανής, ταιριάζουν με την επιλεγμένη θεματική και τη διάταξη των επίπλων.

- Unique Properties
- This is a sales center located in Yantai city, this project has a really spacious lobby, and high ceiling which is just right for the design inspiration theme. The "Gatsby style" stated that the designer is demonstrating a luxury life style in this space and the art installations such as the camera statue also corresponded to the design theme and furniture settings.

- Research started with the elite life style described in the noble "A la recherche du temps perdu", developed based on the movie " The Great Gatsby".
- Inspiration
- Starting point of the inspiration is the market position and specific location of the project. The space itself needs to satisfy and reflect lifestyle for elites. To show the character the designer chose a very iconic style which could refer back the the noble by Marcel Proust, "A la recherche du temps perdu", and the movie "The Great Gatsby". Black and white together with the contemporary chandelier illuminated the elegancy of the whole space.
