About PortalDA iOSapp Εφαρμογή Αγοράς για Κινητά

Το Portal DA είναι μια εφαρμογή για κινητά που λειτουργεί ως αγορά για μεγάλα επιχειρηματικά περιουσιακά στοιχεία. Εμπορικά κέντρα, αποθήκες, εργοστάσια και ειδικός εξοπλισμός συγκαταλέγονται στα περιουσιακά στοιχεία που προσφέρονται προς πώληση. Οι αγοραστές μπορούν να αναζητήσουν εντός ενός ειδικού ταξινομητή επιχειρηματικών περιουσιακών στοιχείων, χρησιμοποιώντας διάφορες παραμέτρους και αναζήτηση πλήρους κειμένου. Για κάθε κατηγορία περιουσιακού στοιχείου εμφανίζονται λεπτομερείς πληροφορίες, ώστε οι επενδυτές να μπορούν να εξετάσουν μια προσφορά και να καταλήξουν γρήγορα σε απόφαση. Μπορούν επίσης να παραγγελθούν σχετικές υπηρεσίες. Η διεπαφή ακολουθεί τις καθιερωμένες οδηγίες της πλατφόρμας και είναι προσαρμοσμένη σε κοινά smartphone και tablet.

Unique Properties: iOS app for unique marketplace for large real business assets ranging from shopping centers and warehouses to factories of various industries and special equipment, accumulating a specialized audience of investors interested in buying such assets. Portal DA simplifies the complex process of purchasing large assets, on the one hand, by allowing clients to easily find and get detailed information on the necessary asset and, on the other hand, by providing related services.

Production Technology: The design was developed in Figma. Icons and illustrations in Adobe Illustrator. Interactive prototypes were assembled in InVision. The design is designed based on Apple Human Interface Guidelines for iOS, then adapted for Android. Technologies used in iOS development by Swift, MVVM, VIPER, Alamofire, SnapKit, Swinject, Bond, ReactiveCocoa, Apple Speech SDK. Android Technologies by MVVM, Dagger2, Retrofit, Glide
Design Challenge: It was difficult to resist "innovation" and "creativity", but by prioritizing the comfort of use and predictability of the interface, we managed to make an application that works exactly as the user expects.
Research: The design was developed based on two sources of information. The first is the research of large Russian and international marketplaces, borrowing best practices. The second is an interview with business representatives, finding out the basic needs of the market. The design is constantly being improved, we take into account user feedback and statistics. Testing of the user interface is carried out by both special employees and all team members, which allows you to consider the product from different points of view and eliminate all minor shortcomings.
Inspiration: Banks often needs to find investors for diverse collateral assets. Portal DA for this purpose. Gradually accumulating an audience of investors ready to buy large complex assets, we realized that they might be interested not only in collateral and noncore assets of our bank, but also in assets that sell other banks and market participants, and thus we decided to transform Portal DA into a marketplace and created iOS application
Project Duration: The project finished in September 2021 in Moscow, and was exhibited in Moscow Business and investing meeting in October 2021.
Operation Flow: Customers can easily find the necessary asset (we created a unique classifier of business assets, and users can search by a range of parameters including full text search), get detailed information on the chosen asset (for each category, sellers fill in special fields, for instance, when placing a shopping center, a seller indicates Gross Building Area, Gross Leasable Area, and a seller of a vessel indicates the deadweight, side length and draft, which allows potential investors to quickly plunge into the asset and make an investment decision) and order a related service.
