About Lovin Maris Villas Η Οικιστική Ανάπτυξη
Το Quark επιλέχθηκε για την αρχιτεκτονική και την εσωτερική διακόσμηση των Lovin Maris Villas. Το έργο αποτελείται από 14 βίλες μοντέρνου στιλ που βρίσκονται σε μια ήσυχη, παραθαλάσσια γειτονιά στην Κωνσταντινούπολη. Η σχεδίαση Quarks για αυτό το έργο ενσωματώνει τη μινιμαλιστική αισθητική και την άνεση με τη γεωγραφική θέση των επαύλεων. Η τοποθέτηση των βιλών, με θέα στη Θάλασσα του Μαρμαρά, σε συνδυασμό με μεγάλα παράθυρα, φωτισμό όρμου LED και σποτ προσφέρει ένα εσωτερικό φιλικό προς τα μάτια. Η ζεστή χρωματική παλέτα που χρησιμοποιείται στις βίλες συμπληρώνεται από τη χρήση οργανικών υλικών και φυσικών υφών.

- Unique Properties
- Lovin Maris Villas Project consists of modern-style villas located in a quiet, seaside neighborhood in Istanbul. The project has a total building area of 5.346 sqm. The three-story villas provide exclusive indoor and outdoor areas for residents.

- The project is consist of 14 villas of varying sizes in 3 different types on a land of 5.346 sqm.

- Keeping the flow from indoor to outdoor as flawless as possible while structuring a strong sense of privacy as well.
- Research
- Lovin Maris Villas is nestled on Gurpinar district and Buyukcekmece coast of the European side of Istanbul. While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction, and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows to provide the best view of the Sea of Marmara.
- Inspiration
- Quarks design concept for the project focuses on creating comfortable living spaces with dynamism brought by the creative use of different textures and materials.
- Project Duration
- The project started in August 2021 in Istanbul, Turkey, and will be finished in 2023. Currently, it is under construction.
- Operation Flow
- Each unit includes a living room, a dining area, four bedrooms, exclusive master bedrooms equipped with a steam room, and a family room with an open kitchen on the roof floor.
