Το Gui Ba Fang είναι ένας σχεδιασμός συσκευασίας για ένα κινεζικό απόσταγμα baijiu. Ο σχεδιασμός αντλεί έμπνευση από την τέχνη και την ιστορία της δυναστείας Tang. Το θέμα εμπνέεται από την αφήγηση του αυτοκράτορα της Tang που υποδέχεται καλεσμένους από πολλές χώρες. Παραδοσιακή καλλιγραφία, τέχνη σφραγιδοποιίας και μοτίβα τοιχογραφιών από το Dunhuang εφαρμόζονται στο κουτί δώρου και στη φιάλη. The octagonal ceramic bottle implies welcoming guests from all ways. Its cultural connotation is improved as the calligraphy with a meaning of harmonious coexistence is employed. A theme of “eight phoenixes worship the sun” indicates positive and harmonious development.
Σχεδιαστική Πρόκληση: One of the hardest part of the whole design comes in the early stage, a large amount of information needs to be sorted and screened and then following a work of integration and refinement of the creativity which related to its theme, for instance, the drawing of illustrations requires a fusion of historical stories and Dunhuang frescoes. Another is in the process of communication and implementation of how to represent the sense of product quality on its packaging material and technological process.
Έρευνα: Chinese Baijiu, in addition to its role in social occasion and emotional communication, it is also a key part of Chinese history and culture, this is why it is regarded as a consumer goods founded on the basis of history and culture. Nowadays, traditional culture is need a continuous protection and inheritance while the rest of liquors have begun to affect younger generation. It enriches the connotation and quality of the product, and also inherits cultural virtues and lifestyle when the traditional culture, history and art are merged in it.
Έμπνευση: Tang Dynasty, the most noticeable, prosperous and open dynasty in Chinese history. Διάρκεια Έργου: The project started in Dec.,2021 in Wuhan and finished in June,2022 in Wuhan, and was launched in China in July,2022.

It can be propagated and promoted in a more widespread way when combined with commemorative activities, tourism, art exhibitions and museums. Both of the outer box and bottle can be used as a handicraft or collection with less discard or waste.
