About Epichust Πλατφόρμα Λειτουργίας Έξυπνου Εργαστηρίου Παραγωγής
Το Epichust είναι μια πλατφόρμα λειτουργίας έξυπνου εργαστηρίου παραγωγής για βιομηχανικές γραμμές παραγωγής. Η διεπαφή παρουσιάζει τη διαδικασία παραγωγής σε τέσσερις προβολές: σχεδιασμός, εφοδιαστική, ιχνηλασιμότητα παραγγελιών και εξοπλισμός. Κάθε προβολή έχει τη δική της εστίαση, ενώ η εναλλαγή μεταξύ των προβολών είναι ομαλή. Οι επιμέρους γραμμές παραγωγής απεικονίζονται μέσω τρισδιάστατων μοντέλων, ώστε οι σύνθετοι δείκτες να γίνονται πιο ευανάγνωστοι. Η παρακολούθηση σε πραγματικό χρόνο καθιστά ορατή την κατάσταση της παραγωγής και βοηθά τους χρήστες να εντοπίζουν προβλήματα και να λαμβάνουν γρήγορες αποφάσεις. Η διάταξη της οθόνης έχει σχεδιαστεί σε ανάλυση 1920 επί 1080 pixel.

- The product aims to achieve controllable and visible production process. Through multilevel visualization, this product can monitor the status of the production process in real time, helping users to understand the problems in the production process and make quick decisions, thus improving production efficiency. The transparency of the entire production process can also help users to more accurately assess the use of resources in the production process, thus improving production efficiency and quality and laying a solid foundation for long-term corporate development.
- Inspiration
- EpicHust smart workshop operation platform is an intelligent production line operation platform with AI and IoT technology as the cornerstone. In this platform, users can further split the production view into multiple views such as planning, logistics, order execution, equipment, etc., providing clear expressions for the presentation of complex indicators. At the same time, the system can realize intelligent scheduling based on production process information and improve the efficiency of closed loop from problem discovery to solution.

- The project started in November, 2022 in Beijing and finished in February, 2023 in Beijing.

- The product reasonably disassembles the production process according to business logic and presents the production process in four levels of content. Users can view the overall production situation in the overview view and focus on different production stages in 4 views. Each level of view having a different presentation focus and a smooth switching experience. In addition, we visualize each specific production line to bring users a comprehensive efficiency and experience improvement.
