About Smart Display Τροχός

Το Smart Display είναι ένας τροχός αυτοκινήτου με ενσωματωμένο σύστημα απεικόνισης. Ο τροχός προβάλλει τρισδιάστατες εικόνες που είναι ορατές χωρίς οθόνη και χωρίς γυαλιά. Μονάδες LED είναι ενσωματωμένες στον τροχό και ακολουθούν το σχήμα του. Ένας αλγόριθμος προσαρμογής στην ταχύτητα ανιχνεύει την περιστροφή του τροχού. Κάτω από τα 20 χλμ/ώρα εμφανίζεται ένα ρέον φωτεινό εφέ, ενώ στα 20 χλμ/ώρα και άνω προβάλλονται τρισδιάστατες εικόνες. Η επιφάνεια έχει φινίρισμα με μαύρη λάκα τύπου πιάνου και γυαλιστερή επίστρωση. Η οθόνη μπορεί να προβάλλει διαφημίσεις, προειδοποιήσεις κινδύνου, πληροφορίες για την κατάσταση του οχήματος και προσωπικές εικόνες.

Unique Properties: This is a smart display system taking wheel as carrier with no-screen display of naked-eye 3D images. It can be used in advertising data delivery, danger warning, intelligent vehicle condition monitoring and other scenarios. It can also set any images according to driver’s mood to human-vehicle interactions, and meet consumers’ need of personalized and smart wheel products.

Production Technology: Its surface adopts the painting method of piano black paint + finishing bright surface,highlighting tough lines of the shape, which is sporty. The LED plug-in unit and the wheels are perfectly integrated: the plug-in has a clear line of shape, reflecting the curviness; the shape of wheels a rigid and flexible combination with strong integrity. In addition, the images displayed on the wheels can change with the vehicle speed, which can meeting consumers' individual needs.
Inspiration: The wheel is an important part of the car, is not only an appearance decoration, but also a safety part.The design of the wheel directly affects the appearance and performance of the vehicle, to match the style of the vehicle, but also to meet the needs of personalized, so the appearance of the wheel has been given more expectations and requirements. In recent years, in the face of the new four modernizations, giving more value to the wheel has become an important topic.
Operation Flow: The speed self-adaptive matching algorithm is adopted, which can accurately sense the acceleration and angular velocity of the wheel when rotating. Based on this, the dynamic control of LED image display can be completed-when it's below 20km/ h, displaying the flowing water light, and displaying 3D images when it's at 20km/h and above, realizing the deep integration of wheel hub design and advanced electronic information technologies.
