About Artist Οικιστικός Εσωτερικός Σχεδιασμός
Το Artist είναι ένας οικιστικός εσωτερικός σχεδιασμός για ένα σπίτι 120 τετραγωνικών μέτρων στη Σαγκάη. Η διάταξη συνδυάζει γεωμετρικούς όγκους με μια τεχνική «κενών χώρων», ξεπερνώντας την απλή συσσώρευση επίπλων και διακόσμησης. Τα αρχικά υψηλά ταβάνια διατηρούνται, ώστε το σαλόνι και ο χώρος φαγητού να παραμένουν φωτεινοί και ανοιχτοί. Το φως του ήλιου εισέρχεται μέσα από τα παράθυρα και δημιουργεί μια πολυεπίπεδη ατμόσφαιρα. Ο πρώτος όροφος φιλοξενεί τους χώρους καθημερινής διαβίωσης και υποδοχής επισκεπτών σε σαφώς καθορισμένες ζώνες. Ο δεύτερος όροφος χρησιμοποιεί τρεις τύπους παραθύρων για να εξισορροπήσει την ιδιωτικότητα με την ανοιχτότητα.

- This project stands out for its innovation. The designer breaks away from conventional residential design by combining the geometric blocks freely and using the blank-leaving technique. This approach moves beyond the mere accumulation of furniture and decorations, and pays much attention to the fusion of shapes and colors, which crests a spiritual ambiance.

The designer boldly employs spatial transformations and delicate color coordination to create a living space that is both modern and comfortable.

- In terms of spatial layout, the designer skillfully retained certain high-ceiling areas, which makes the living room and dining spaces to be bright and expansive. Sunlight scatters through the windows, creating a transparent yet layered atmosphere. The first floor serves as the main area for daily living and hosting guests, with clearly defined and fluid functional zones. The blend of solid and void design techniques makes the space more dynamic and versatile. The second floor features three different types of window designs, enhancing the space's interactivity while ensuring a perfect balance between privacy and openness.
