About Cl7A Οικιστικός Εσωτερικός Σχεδιασμός
Το Cl7A είναι ένας οικιστικός εσωτερικός σχεδιασμός για ένα διαμέρισμα σε παλιό εμπορικό κτίριο (shophouse) χωρίς ασανσέρ στη Σιγκαπούρη. Το σπίτι, 978 τετραγωνικών ποδιών, περιλαμβάνει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, δύο μπάνια και μια ανοιχτού τύπου κουζίνα που συνδέεται με τον χώρο καθιστικού και τραπεζαρίας. Η κεκλιμένη οροφή με τα εμφανή ξύλινα δοκάρια διατηρήθηκε ως χαρακτηριστικό γνώρισμα της αρχικής μονάδας shophouse. Το γυαλισμένο τσιμεντένιο δάπεδο, το ζεστό ξύλο και ο γρανίτης προσθέτουν βάθος και αντίθεση. Οι έντονες αρχιτεκτονικές γραμμές ισορροπούνται από απαλές κουρτίνες και επιμελημένα έργα τέχνης. Η παλαιωμένη μονάδα αποκαταστάθηκε, ενώ παράλληλα προστέθηκε σύγχρονη άνεση.

This approach demonstrates that heritage preservation and modernity are not mutually exclusive but can coexist to produce aesthetically and functionally cohesive living environments. The findings contribute to the growing discourse on adaptive reuse and sustainable architecture, offering a framework for integrating past and present in residential design.
