About Daebong-dong Commercial Skip Floor Το Εμπορικό Καφέ
Ο Junghee Lee προσπάθησε να χωρίσει έναν μεγάλο χώρο δαπέδου σε πολλούς μικρούς χώρους. Για το σκοπό αυτό, ο αρχιτέκτονας έθεσε τη βασική κατεύθυνση ως skip floor, και είναι ένα διώροφο κτίριο, αλλά στην πραγματικότητα έγινε ένας χώρος τεσσάρων ορόφων μέχρι το εξωτερικό κατάστρωμα της οροφής. Στον ίδιο όροφο, εμφανίστηκε τοίχος από σκυρόδεμα στη μέση και τον χώρισε ξανά σε δύο μέρη. Το φινίρισμα του δαπέδου και της οροφής δημιουργεί αντίθετα εφέ. Επιπλέον, με την εγκατάσταση ενός φεγγίτη, το φυσικό φως εισέρχεται στο δωμάτιο κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας.

- Unique Properties
- We tried to divide a large floor space into several small spaces. For this purpose, we set the basic direction as a skip floor, and it is a two-story building, but it actually became a space of four floors up to the outside deck on the roof. On the same floor, exposed concrete wall was exposed in the middle and divided it into two parts again.

- Inspiration
- The site where the project was carried out is Daegu City which is located on the side road of the old section of the city. In 2010, as the singer Kim Gwangseok's streets were built around, it became a popular neighborhood where many young people visited on the weekends.
we designed a building that does not stand out too much compared to the neighboring buildings, but has its distinct features and can be combined with the neighborhood atmosphere with 1/3 of the legal maximum possible size. - Project Duration
