About Punto Πόμολο Πόρτας

Το Punto είναι ένα πόμολο σχεδιασμένο για καθημερινές πόρτες. Η μορφή του Punto προκύπτει από την έρευνα σε ιστορικά πόμολα και τα σχήματά τους. Οι αναλογίες ακολουθούν μια σταθερή σχέση ένα προς δύο, και αυτή η σχέση συνδέει όλες τις γεωμετρίες του πόμολου. Το Punto έχει διαστάσεις 150 επί 60 επί 50 χιλιοστά. Το πόμολο κατασκευάζεται με χύτευση σε καλούπι από αλουμίνιο ή ορείχαλκο. Οι εκδοχές από αλουμίνιο έχουν ηλεκτροστατική βαφή, ενώ οι εκδοχές από ορείχαλκο είναι γυαλισμένες ή επιχρωμιωμένες. Το απλοποιημένο σχήμα βοηθά τον χρήστη να αντιληφθεί αμέσως πώς ανοίγει η πόρτα.

Unique Properties: the form of the handle in addition to being inspired by the "type" of the handle highlights a very important formal relationship, the geometries and the relationship between the parties are always like ½. the result is unique is almost a mathematical function where with this resulting form the elements that generate it can only be used. report 1/2 has given a good inspiration

Production Technology: the handle is made in die-cast aluminum or brass molding, in the case of aluminum it is powder coated and enl brass case is cleaned / polished or chrome
Design Challenge: a good result of the project is when the reading by the user is clear, for example a handle must read itself as an object that opens the door and it must be clear how it works. the simplification elaborated on this topic has in my opinion had a very good result
Research: my design language is based on the search for the essential and in this case the objective has been centered
Inspiration: the punto handle comes from a very apprfonded research on historical handles and their shapes.
many handles have been analyzed which have had a big formal significance within the development of this item and after attentive sedimentation and overlapping of such shapes i have been able to take the shape of the point.
