About Warm and Cozy Space Εσωτερικός Χώρος Γραφείου
Ο Ζεστός και Άνετος Χώρος είναι ένα εσωτερικό γραφείου σχεδιασμένο για μια εταιρεία ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου και ψηφιακών μέσων στην πόλη Ταϊπέι της Ταϊβάν. Ο εσωτερικός χώρος καλύπτει περίπου 496 τετραγωνικά μέτρα και περιλαμβάνει έναν χώρο υποδοχής με πάγκο ρεσεψιόν, μια περιοχή γραφείου ανοιχτού τύπου με θέσεις εργασίας και ιδιωτικές αίθουσες συσκέψεων. Η ανοιχτή διάταξη και ο κεντρικός χώρος συζήτησης τύπου «νησίδας» ενισχύουν την εντατική επικοινωνία. Το φυσικό φως από τα υπάρχοντα παράθυρα διαχέεται στους χώρους και συμπληρώνεται από ζεστό τεχνητό φωτισμό. Τα ξύλινα δάπεδα, τα στοιχεία από σίδηρο, το λακαρισμένο γυαλί και τα πέτρινα υλικά αντικαθιστούν το ψυχρό αίσθημα ενός παραδοσιακού γραφείου.

- Unique Properties
- The design team carefully drafted a complete color scheme and material settings, while using the existing window opening condition of the site to diffuse the natural light into the room, and then enhanced with the artificial light configuration. Replacing the cold feeling of the traditional office by creating a warm and gentle atmosphere without losing its character. This project is a humanistic and the industrial style of office space that meets the expectation of the client.

- The interior design area of this project is about 496 square meters, and the layout configuration includes the reception counter area, open seating office area, private meeting rooms.

- Design Challenge
- Because the client wants to use the new office as soon as possible, the design team must complete all the design and construction within two months. During the process, it is necessary to carry out the decoration works, yet on the other hand still continuously discuss with the client and revise the design details.
- Research
- The designer adopted an open layout configuration and island discussion area to maximize the effectiveness of the business. At the same time, the indoor lighting and the visual effect of circulation are greatly improved. In order to present a calm, introvert, and dynamic image, the entire space applies wooden flooring, with a variety of different materials and yellowish lighting, showing the amazing spatial tension, and being in line with the entrepreneurial spirit of starting from a traditional industry to developing digital business.
- Inspiration
- This is an e-commerce and digital media agency services office, since the working system emphasizes intensive communication and discussion, the client appealed to divide the layout of functional areas through an open layout method, introducing a personalized visual sense and consideration of profound design. So that, the design be able to reflect the core value of the company, to be flexible in responding to the rapidly changing environment.

- The project finished in September, 2018 in Taipei City, Taiwan.
- Operation Flow
- Because the overall configuration from the entrance to the office area is very flexible, it gives the space multiple possibilities after the completion of this project; such as, many companies from the same industry may rent this office as the venue of various activities, in which can invisibly improve the intercompany cohesiveness and cooperation, and also promoting positive communication between the industries.
