New HQ New Rules estas signalsistemo kreita por la nova ĉefsidejo de Magyar Telekom. La signalado prezentas aron da reguloj pri oficeja konduto. La dezajno estas pura sed ludema, tial la reguloj sentiĝas invitaj anstataŭ ordonaj. La ilustraĵoj montras ĉiutagajn oficejajn situaciojn kun humuro kaj homa tuŝo. La analoga stilo kontrastas kun la grandeco kaj moderna karaktero de la konstruaĵo. La intenco estas krei tujan emocian reagon kaj instigi homojn sekvi la regulojn kun rideto.

Unique Properties: The task was to create a visual identity for a new set of rules on office behaviour in Telekom’s new HQ. The challenge was to make it loveable so people would not feel ordered or forced, rather inspired to respect them. The team developed a very CLEAN YET PLAYFUL design to underline that and create an instant emotional reaction in the viewer.

Inspiration: The main inspiration was to reflect on a digital company’s everyday life in a very analogue way. The goal was to contrast the immensity and moderness of the building with a humorous and human touch. While creating the system of norm signage illustrations the focus was on the humour in office situations. The developed design wanted to communicate these rules in a way that makes people follow them with a smile on their face.
