La Majesta Horloĝo estas la plej bonega projektdezajno evoluigita fare de Andre Caputo. Ĉi tio alportas en si la esencon de lia persona marko kiu kolektas magion, fantazio kaj mirindaj sentoj. Ĝi kunigas elementojn kiel vintage tempo, Kristnasko, fantazio, magio, bombonoj, feliĉo, amuzo, distro, scivolemo kaj pasio. Ĉiu parto de la horloĝo estis desegnita tiel, ke ĝi aludis al certa elemento, pasinteco aŭ sento. Ni eĉ povas imagi, ke ĝi nur bezonas neĝi ene de la horloĝo por fari ĝin magia kaj mirinda.

Unique Properties: This is a 3D watch project. This brings in itself the essence of Andre Caputo’s brand that gathers magic, fantasy and wonderful feelings. Also it brings people to a travel to the time of wonders. What makes The Majestic Watch unique is the way it fascinates the viewer. What makes The Majestic Watch unique is the way it fascinates the viewer. The constant movement of the gears is a real entertainment. Someday Andre Caputo dreams to produce his timepiece in real.

Production Technology: The Majestic Watch was made only in 3D software so far. After a few sketches, Andre Caputo already had in his mind how it would look and work, so he started modelling, texturing and lighting. So, it was time to bring the watch to life. Caputo calculated the time and angles of rotation for the pointers and created the key frames. For the production of the film he thought of the best framing for each part of the watch. It was very important that the watch was fully appreciated. The cherry on top was the sounds.
Design Challenge: Andre Caputo says that the most difficult thing to create The Majestic Watch was to make the pieces work together. Andre Caputo had to fit each piece in place so that, if it were really produced, it would work perfectly. The appearance of each part of the watch was a great challenge. It was necessary to find a visual balance between shapes, colors, information and features. Andre Caputo took great care to make his master piece unique. Being a 3D creation, he had no major problems with the watch's functionality.
Research: Basically the research was made based in some movies such as Hugo, Nutcracker, Dumbo, Greatest Show, etc. The objective of the research was to learn more about the fantasy world and get some visual inspiration such as objects, shapes, colors, texts, music and sound effect. Caputo made his sketches and his own design based in those inspirations he had gotten watching the movies. He used Modo for the 3D modelling, shading, lighting, composition, animating and rendering.
Inspiration: Andre Caputo always dreamed of translating the essence of his personal brand into tangible objects, such as sculptures, paintings or products like this 3D watch that he developed. He loves to blend themes like vintage, fantasy, magic, candies in my personal works. Some artists and films have inspired him a lot to be what he is today such as Tim Burton, his movies and actors, especially Johnny Depp, his favourite. Using his creativity and inspiration he tried to develop a master piece of art: The Majestic Watch.
Project Duration: The project started in June 2019 in North Vancouver and finished in September 2019.
Operation Flow: The Majestic Watch is a unique watch and consists of several features that are a true entertainment show. In addition to containing mesmerizing movements, the watch has a small Bluetooth speaker at the top called Sound Box. At the bottom of the watch it is possible to check the date. On the bottom right side is a lever that activates the light of the watch. The users can set up the time using the main crown button and turning the sound on and off using the top right driver. Finally, the candy band is flexible and adjustable.
