Inspiritaj de la lavvu, provizora loĝejo uzata de la samea popolo de norda Skandinavio, La Lavvu-kaftabloj substrekas malpezecon kaj flekseblan uzon. Tre kiel la nomadaj tendoj, per kiuj ili estis inspiritaj, la Lavvu-tabloj estis dizajnitaj por respondi rapide al ĉiam ŝanĝiĝantaj vivstiloj, kutimoj kaj postuloj. Se la konusa formo kaj lignaj latoj estas klara referenco al la samea tradicio, la koloroj memoras boacojn. Simplaj por malmunti, ili permesas al la uzanto facile recikli ilin ĉe la fino de sia vivo.

Pri la Bronza A' Design Award
Lavvu Malgrandaj Tabloj estas gajninto de la Bronza A' Design Award, tre prestiĝa rekono donata al elstaraj dezajnoj distingitaj per kreemo, ingenieco kaj sagaco. La Bronzaj gajnintoj estas abunde lertaj kaj frape kreemaj artefaktoj, kiuj aŭtentikigas la vastan sperton, imagpovon kaj elturniĝemon de siaj dezajnistoj. Oni atendas, ke Lavvu Malgrandaj Tabloj estu tre estimata, admirata kaj ŝatata objekto, kiu estas rimarkinde profesia kaj nova. Ĉi tiu dezajno gajninta la Bronzan A' Design Award enkorpigas plej bonajn praktikojn en arto, scienco, dezajno kaj teknologio, kaj estas bonega pro sia atento al detaloj. Lavvu Malgrandaj Tabloj bonege kontentigas bezonojn, tuŝas dezirojn, ĉarmas sentojn kaj allogas scivolemon.

- The Lavvu coffee tables are small tables
inspired by the Sami culture that underscores
lightness and flexible use. They are designed
to respond quickly to constantly changing
lifestyles, habits and requirements.
They were also created with an easy
disassembly in mind. It is therefore easy to
recycle the materials of these tables which
makes it more ecological. - Dimensioj kaj Pakado
- The lowest table has a width of 700mm, a depth of 700 mm and a height of 362mm, its base measures 431mm, the table top has a diameter of 700mm.
The tallest table has a width of 550mm, a depth of 550mm and a height of 552mm, its base measures 461mm, the table top has a diameter of 550mm. - Etikedoj

- To create the steel part, it was necessary to cut a sheet metal with a laser cutter. Those metal parts were then welded together to form circles.
To make the wooden legs, the wood was first prepared and leveled . The boards were then cut into slats. These slats were then milled to make small notches where the metal parts are found. The wood that was used is teak because of its exceptional resistance to atmospheric agents.
The HPL table top was cut using a CNC equipped with a tool designed for these panels. Finally the metal parts were lacquered and then assembled with the wooden legs and the table top. - Dizajna Defio
- Being a member of a culture deemed to be dominant it is important for me to mention as much as possible and to pay homage to the cultures from which I am inspired to no fall into cultural appropriation. On the other side cultural appreciation is when you earnestly seek to learn about or explore a different culture. In this context , I learned. I listened. And I strived to understand. I seeked to honor the beliefs and traditions of the Sami which people I drew inspiration from.

- I drew inspiration from nomadic peoples to address urban nomads.
A nomad is a member of a people or tribe who moves from place to place to find pasture and food. I therefore became interested in the way several of these nomadic peoples lived in order to be able to transport their knowledge and tradition into our society.
Urban nomadism is a lifestyle transformation from passive to fully mobile integrated. This lifestyle is mainly lived by the younger generation who want to enjoy every bit of life while having less material constraints. - Inspiro
- Like the Sami lavvu, a temporary dwelling used by the Sami people of northern Scandinavia, these tables are light and easy to
move and use in a multitude of situations. They adapt
easily to different environments both inside and outside,
in a living room, contract furnishing schemes and on
terraces and residential balconies with moderate sizes.
If the conical shape and wooden slats are a clear
reference to the Sami tradition, the colors recalls
reindeer hides used on a traditional lavvu. - Projekta Daŭro
- The project started in octobre 2020 and finished in january 2021 in Kortrijk, Belgium.

- Laavu is a project with a green soul. All the materials
that make up the various elements of the table, at the
end of the product s life cycle, can be easily separated and
disposed with respect for the environment by the user.
