- Production Technology
- The project employs a combination of handcrafted elements and modern construction techniques. - Design Challenge
- The key challenge was to de-commercialize a sales space and transform it into a lifestyle destination that evokes memory and belonging. - Inspired by the refined wooden purlins of the Beijing Forbidden City and the stillness of Jinan Daming Lake, the project reinterprets Eastern architecture and landscape into contemporary language. The design explores themes of minimalism, natural beauty, and cultural continuity, aiming to convey a modern interpretation of oriental hidden luxury through spatial storytelling.
