Acerca de The Hub Desarrollo turístico de uso mixto
The Hub es un desarrollo de uso mixto concebido para el turismo en Healesville, Victoria, Australia. El proyecto reúne un mercado patrimonial, un centro epicúreo, una cervecería artesanal, un hotel, un restaurante y un centro de eventos. Un recorrido peatonal conecta todos los usos a lo largo del terreno de seis acres. Los edificios descienden escalonadamente siguiendo la topografía, y los materiales de tierra vinculan el desarrollo con el paisaje circundante. El concepto de diseño integra el exterior en el interior y abre el emplazamiento a los visitantes que llegan a pie. La intención es impulsar el turismo local conservando el carácter del vecindario.
