About Shanghai Yuemao Mansion Diseño interior de piso piloto

Shanghai Yuemao Mansion es un piso piloto diseñado para un desarrollo residencial en el distrito de Jiading, Shanghái. Los apartamentos son compactos, con distribuciones principales de entre 80 y 90 metros cuadrados aproximadamente. El diseño se inspiró en la placa de resina traslúcida (sun plate) empleada en el edificio. Los elementos lineales se repiten y las técnicas se simplifican para adaptarse al espacio reducido. Las zonas de circulación se integran en las estancias funcionales, lo que amplía la superficie útil. Entre los materiales se incluyen papel pintado liso, panel de resina traslúcida, incrustaciones metálicas, azulejos grises y mármol beige.

Unique Properties: PK Proferties Shanghai Yuemao Mansion is located in Juyuan new district, Jiading District, Shanghai. The sample room of the project is small in size. The main room type is around 80-90 square meters, to interpret the standards of the metropolis elite.

Design Challenge: The optimization of House type is the most important work of the designer. After careful consideration, the interior design avoids the drawbacks of the original building, omits all traffic area, integrates it into the interior functional space, and expands the use area.
Research: The inspiration for the design came from the building's material, the Resin Sun Plate. In the design as far as possible the linear element reuse, simplifies the technique, the material in the small space. Preserve the original dimensions and sense of space.
Inspiration: In the design of the passageway, the designer to metaphorical visual expression, the street lane of the city shade and Ancient Wood Jiagao "moved into" indoor.
Project Duration: The project began in Shanghai in March 2020 ，and was completed in Shanghai in September2020
