About Timeless Mobiliario de Cocina

Painted Lava Green on powder-coated aluminium handles and coated with a protective layer to withstand scratches and reduce wear and tear. - Design Challenge
- Challenges include
1. Engraving the vertical lines deep enough to create v-shaped valley on the already thin compact panels used on door panels and waterfall worktop of the island without compromising its structural strength.
2. Finding suitable materials to replace the wood of the pendant lamp to increase transparency so it resembles a cloud more than the original material designed.
3. Applying the designer's signature colour, Lava Green, with paint on to the powder-coated aluminium handles so that the paint could stick, withstand scratches and prolong its colour. - Research
- The design research was based on translating the reminiscence of water into the design and realising it with features of the materials used without compromising functionality, durability, and elegance.
