About Vanke Yantai Chang An Centro de ventas inmobiliario

Vanke Yantai Chang An es un centro de ventas inmobiliario ubicado en el distrito de Laishan, en la ciudad de Yantai. El interior abarca 2.368 metros cuadrados e incluye un amplio vestíbulo de doble altura. La temática del diseño se inspira en el estilo de vida de la élite descrito en la novela En busca del tiempo perdido y en la película El gran Gatsby. Los tonos blancos y negros se combinan con una lámpara de araña contemporánea para conferir al espacio un carácter elegante. Las instalaciones artísticas, como la escultura de una cámara fotográfica, armonizan con la temática elegida y con la disposición del mobiliario.

Unique Properties: This is a sales center located in Yantai city, this project has a really spacious lobby, and high ceiling which is just right for the design inspiration theme. The "Gatsby style" stated that the designer is demonstrating a luxury life style in this space and the art installations such as the camera statue also corresponded to the design theme and furniture settings.

Research: Research started with the elite life style described in the noble "A la recherche du temps perdu", developed based on the movie " The Great Gatsby".
Inspiration: Starting point of the inspiration is the market position and specific location of the project. The space itself needs to satisfy and reflect lifestyle for elites. To show the character the designer chose a very iconic style which could refer back the the noble by Marcel Proust, "A la recherche du temps perdu", and the movie "The Great Gatsby". Black and white together with the contemporary chandelier illuminated the elegancy of the whole space.
