About Fantasy Factory La Tienda Minorista

La fábrica de fantasía con horneado en el lugar como el punto de venta principal, integra los sectores de té, venta minorista, regalos de propiedad intelectual y bar para crear una tienda de fábrica multifuncional. El concepto de diseño FTY se extrajo de Factory. F significa Feria. Para un gran flujo de personas y ricas categorías de productos, el espacio se planificó a modo de mercado. T significa Tiempo. El color de la tienda se extrae de los cambios de color del cielo, lo que implica cambios de tiempo de un día. Y se refiere a Ustedes (clientes). El diferente Tú en el espejo se extiende al dispositivo interactivo multidimensional.

Unique Properties: The fantasy factory of Nayuki is located in Shenzhen, With on-site baking as the core selling point, it integrates tea, retail, IP gifts, and bar sectors to create a multi-functional factory store that provides baking, leisure, tasting, and experience.
Dimensions & Packaging: Project area is 1100m²

b.How to integrate different functional areas (baking, tea, bar, retail, gift area) in the design and show them in the full-time business model.

Research Objectives: different types of factory store, retail store
Methodology: desktop survey , site visit
Insights: since there are many traits of the brand, we choose 4 traits: rich product categories, big area, full time period, large flow of people to present.
Inspiration: The idea FTY was extracted from factory. F stands for Fair. For large flow of people and rich product categories, the space was planned in the way of a market.T stands for Time. Inspired by the SKY series of photography by ERIC CAHAN, the color is extracted from the color changes of the sky, implying time changes of a day. Y refers to You (customers). To emphasize the relationship between customers and Nayuki Space. Different You in the mirror is extended to the multi-dimensional interactive device.
Project Duration: The project started in May 2019 in Shenzhen and finished in November 2019 in Shenzhen.
