Agile Shanqin Bay es un proyecto de diseño de interiores residencial ubicado en Wanning, provincia de Hainan, China. La vivienda ocupa 360 metros cuadrados y se organiza de modo que cada planta se abre hacia el mar. Un gran ventanal francés en el comedor introduce las vistas al mar en el interior, mientras que la cocina abierta permite un uso flexible. Los chapados de madera y el mármol evocan los colores del agua del exterior. Los espacios se escalonan con libertad y el dormitorio se proyecta hacia la orilla. El estilo minimalista de resort busca crear un hogar sereno y elegante junto a la playa.

Desafío de Diseño: In consideration of local weather conditions and environment, residential and viewing needs, and family's life structure, the project sets spacious living room, bedrooms and balcony, which provide an open view to the sea. The design is intended to create an elegant space that fits into a beachside lifestyle, from the perspectives of storage, health, happiness, techniques, convenience and intelligence, so as to provide occupants with an artistic, comfortable travel experience.

Inspiración: Wanning, a coastal city in Hainan Province, is a new popular vacation destination. It enjoys favorable geographical and natural conditions, and is an ideal place to live in.
We hope to create a tranquil, natural and exquisite living space here, which features new life aesthetics that encourage people to return to the essence of life, so as to replace noisy, artificial, and vulgar short-stay vacation experiences.

Flujo de Operación: The design adopts a minimalist resort style, highlighting a strong regional feature.
The spaces are organized in a freely staggered manner, and the bedroom protrudes towards the sea. The design makes sure that each floor embraces a wonderful view of the ocean. The open design provides a broader view, and occupants can commune with the sea even in the living room and dining room, which offers dwellers a happy living experience.
