About Cloud Mountain Type Diseño tipográfico

Cloud Mountain Type es una tipografía inspirada en las montañas de nubes y niebla de Zhangjiajie y en la pintura paisajística tradicional china. Las formas de las letras combinan la imaginería china tradicional de nubes y montañas con la estructura del alfabeto latino. Cada carácter se dibuja a mano y después se refina con software de tratamiento digital de imágenes, y la tipografía puede utilizarse en tamaños variables. Vista muy de cerca, los detalles cobran protagonismo y la letra se vuelve difícil de reconocer, del mismo modo que la forma de una montaña no puede apreciarse desde su cumbre.

Combined the traditional Chinese clouds landscape with western character. The Chinese saying: You cannot recognize the shape of a mountain when you stand on it. When you stare at the details of the font, you even can’t recognize the letter itself, that is because you have already stand on the cloud-fog mountains.
