About Floating Minimalist Poetic Centro de Ventas
Poética Minimalista Flotante es un centro de ventas y marketing ubicado en Nanchang, China. El diseño se inspira en el lago natural del emplazamiento. Se recurre a una deconstrucción minimalista para crear una atmósfera serena, natural y tecnológica que suaviza el carácter comercial habitual de un espacio de ventas. El edificio se eleva libremente sobre la orilla del lago como una vela, conformando un museo de arte lacustre contemporáneo y poético. El espacio está planificado para funcionar posteriormente como club para los residentes, ofreciendo un lugar sostenible de comunicación entre las comunidades vecinas.

- Unique Properties
- This is a sales center. The design weakens the traditional commercial atmosphere. The design clue comes from the natural lake in the project. It uses minimalist deconstruction to create a technological, quiet and natural space atmosphere, which will continue to exist as the owner’s club in the future. To provide a sustainable space for neighbourhood communications between communities in the future.

- Inspiration
- Built near the lake, a freely rising building stands on the shore of the lake like a sail, extracting spiritual connotations from the lake, thus giving birth to a "Lake Art Museum" that is both contemporary and very natural and poetic.
