About Lovin Maris Villas El Desarrollo Residencial
Quark fue elegido para la arquitectura y el diseño de interiores de Lovin Maris Villas. El proyecto consta de 14 villas de estilo moderno situadas en un tranquilo barrio costero de Estambul. El concepto de diseño de Quarks para este proyecto integra la estética minimalista y la comodidad con la posición geográfica de las villas. El posicionamiento de las villas, con vistas al mar de Mármara, combinado con grandes ventanales, iluminación de cala LED y focos, ofrece un interior agradable a la vista. La paleta de colores cálidos utilizada en las villas se complementa con el uso de materiales orgánicos y texturas naturales.

- Unique Properties
- Lovin Maris Villas Project consists of modern-style villas located in a quiet, seaside neighborhood in Istanbul. The project has a total building area of 5.346 sqm. The three-story villas provide exclusive indoor and outdoor areas for residents.
- Dimensions & Packaging
- The project is consist of 14 villas of varying sizes in 3 different types on a land of 5.346 sqm.

- Keeping the flow from indoor to outdoor as flawless as possible while structuring a strong sense of privacy as well.
- Research
- Lovin Maris Villas is nestled on Gurpinar district and Buyukcekmece coast of the European side of Istanbul. While searching for architectural conception, we were trying to create simple and rational structures from the functionality, construction, and exploitation point of view. Homes feature balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows to provide the best view of the Sea of Marmara.
- Inspiration
- Quarks design concept for the project focuses on creating comfortable living spaces with dynamism brought by the creative use of different textures and materials.
- Project Duration
- The project started in August 2021 in Istanbul, Turkey, and will be finished in 2023. Currently, it is under construction.
- Operation Flow
- Each unit includes a living room, a dining area, four bedrooms, exclusive master bedrooms equipped with a steam room, and a family room with an open kitchen on the roof floor.
