About Kaff Serie de Tazas de Café

Kaff es una serie de tazas y platillos de café en porcelana diseñada para el servicio profesional. La serie incluye formas adecuadas a distintas recetas de café, y cada taza encaja en su platillo correspondiente. El grosor del borde y la forma del asa se desarrollaron a partir de un estudio realizado con baristas profesionales y consumidores de café, de modo que el agarre resulta cómodo. Los pliegues moldeados en el interior de la superficie de la taza guían el café para pequeños sorbos. Las líneas de la serie reflejan la energía del café y el dinamismo de la vida urbana. Kaff busca aportar elegancia a la mesa.

Design Challenge: The hardest part of process was arranging the volume and adapting user ergonomics.
Research: All coffee lovers know that the comfort of the handle of the cup is very important. After making a survey with professional baristas and coffee lovers. The conclusion was creating volumes according to ergonomics of sipping motions and grip. Carefully prepared folds designed inside the surface of the mugs provides a unique coffee experience for your coffee to come to your mouth with little sips.
Inspiration: Reflecting the energy of coffee and the dynamism of city life, KAFF Collection has a design suitable for each coffee recipe you have in your menu.
Project Duration: The project started in 2021 in Istanbul
Operation Flow: Product family that aims bringing elegance and naturallity to all tables. All of the coffee cup forms fits perfectly to the plates.
