Este proyecto consistió en la renovación de una residencia de la década de 1990, que originalmente presentaba una arquitectura emblemática de alta calidad del diseño brasileño de esa época. Dada la relevancia de la arquitectura, la intervención se limitó a los interiores, con el objetivo de preservar el carácter de los años noventa a la vez que se actualizaban los espacios a estándares contemporáneos.
