About City Archipelago Plan Maestro de Distrito Urbano

City Archipelago es un plan de distrito urbano para un terreno de 15 hectáreas en el Subcentro de Zhenru, en el distrito de Putuo, Shanghái. El plan transforma una antigua zona industrial en desuso en un distrito mixto con funciones de oficinas, vivienda e innovación digital. El agua y las áreas verdes funcionan como infraestructura verde que ayuda a gestionar las inundaciones pluviales y mejora la vida cotidiana en la ciudad. Los edificios sostenibles se disponen en un patrón suelto para conformar islas. Project Duration: The project is located in Zhenru Subcenter, Putuo District, Shanghai. The design started in March 2021 and completed in August 2021. The construction is in full swing.
Operation Flow: Blend and economy
A blend of office, residential and digital innovation functions maintain the streets' vigor. Transit-oriented development in the east is economically balanced with large open space in the west, thus enabling the project to progress.
