About Talento Mesa

Talento es una mesa con tablero redondeado y patas modulares de sección redondeada. El tablero se realiza en mármol o madera, y las patas están disponibles en madera, mármol, metal líquido y acabados lacados, incluida la madera lacada natural, brillante y metalizada. Talento se ofrece en versiones redonda, rectangular y cuadrada, y se le puede añadir un accesorio giratorio tipo Lazy Susan. Un número impar de patas converge en una única unión, lo que crea un efecto de ligereza y suspensión, manteniendo al mismo tiempo la estabilidad de la mesa. Todos los cantos son suaves y están perfilados de forma artesanal.

Unique Properties: Table with rounded wooden top and modular legs with rounded section available in marble, natural, glossy lacquered and metallic lacquered wood. It is available in the round, rectangular or square version, and can be equipped with a Lazy Susan accessory.

Production Technology: Marble Top with structure in wood or lacquered wood and legs in three different materials: wood, liquid metal and marble.
Design Challenge: The hardest part of Talento table was to find a solution to reach a stability according to the particularity of the leg's joint. This process took one year in design and engineering research.
Research: During the designing process, we started from a very simple shape and embed it with all the others. The result was really stunning. A unique joint between all the legs of the table, without loosing stability and preciousness.
Inspiration: The Talento table, part of the Talento collection, elegantly reflects the style of the sideboards of the same family.

An extremely modern design that wants to defy the force of gravity thanks to a surprising and delicate suspension and lightness effect given by the unusual shape of the legs and the always odd number of them.
Project Duration: The project started in Milano in 2022 and ended with the presentation during Milano Design week 2023.
Operation Flow: Every single edges of this particular table, both in top and in legs structure's round and smooth. It is a result of craftmenship and has been designed to make the product immediately recognizable.
